Design Process
Design, for me, begins with curiosity—an itch to know more, dig deeper, and ask. I follow a human-centered, iterative approach inspired by the Double Diamond model. I balance deep research with fast prototyping to create experiences that are not just usable but meaningful.
Every project begins with questions. I conduct user-centered research—interviews, and observations—to uncover real needs. Then, I map insights, define problems, and set a clear direction. It's all about designing the right thing.
I sketch, co-create, and explore bold ideas, quickly turning concepts into prototypes. I test early and often, learning from users and refining along the way—designing things right, one iteration at a time.
With validated ideas in hand, I work with teams to bring the vision to life—crafting thoughtful, intuitive, and scalable solutions that serve both users and business goals.
